The following songs were practiced for July 8th:
I Fought the Law – The key will be changed to G.
We’ll play one line of Gs between each verse.
There are two verses in the song that end with four chords. We are eliminating the middle two chords. Susan knows which ones and she will send out the corrected PDF before the performance.
Mickey Mouse – Susan will send out PDF
King of the Road – The key will be changed to G for this performance. Spider will play one verse as an instrumental. We will then sing and the same verse. I believe it is the verse that starts ” I
Know every engineer on every train” Susan will send out PDF.
Bring Me Sunshine will be added to the performance.
Tom brought the song Devoted to You. It needs work but it seemed to be well accepted.
The rest of the evening was spent playing random songs.
