Thanks, Jack!
And thanks to all for your donations – I have a carload!
Please DO keep an eye on Meetup, as we have some scheduling changes: As Jack said, next week I can’t be at the library so he will be leading – he will have a laptop and the format will be as usual, although the song choices may be even more peculiar than mine. I know he will be looking for a volunteer to help with the computer scrolling and general support!
On November 8, we are CANCELLING the library meetup, as many of us will be performing at the Methodist Church in Hampton. Consider joining us, or just take the night off! Alternately, the library room is there for anyone who would like to meet and play a few songs together, but it will not be posted on Meetup.
SATURDAYS: I need to check with the library about possibly meeting on Saturday, Nov. 4 (10-12). Watch for that. We are set to be there on Saturday, October 11, however, it is possible we may be bumped to the small room due to a party in the big room. I will clarify that and put a note on Meetup.
Looking forward to another great time in Newburyport on Saturday! And November 17 in Manchester is coming right up.
Thank you all for being awesome!
Susan

Hi Susan,
We had 19 spooky souls this evening. Quite an array of costumes
Quite a bit of food was collected for the Seabrook food pantry. There was so much left over candy that the library should be good for at least a year. I want to thank Lauren who made several batches of delicious cookies.
The entire evening was spent playing random Halloween songs from the website.
This Saturday, the 28th, we’ll be playing at Avita in Newburyport. Please see Meetup for details.
It’s important to note that next Wednesday November 1st, Susan will not be there. Tonto and anyone willing to help will lead the group. We will have a computer to work from the website. If there are any songs that you want to play that have been shot down or fallen by the wayside, send them to me and we’ll get them on the screen. I’m not saying I can lead them but maybe someone will.
I already have a request for Octopus’s Garden.
November 8th. Some of our members, including Susan and Jack will be playing at the Methodist Church in Hampton. This is open to all. Details are on Meetup
That said the library is still available on November 8th for anyone who would like to meet there. I’m not sure If it was a mistake but Lauren has signed up so maybe she can lead everyone.
November 17 – Riverwoods Manchester. See Meetup for details.
Great costumes everybody. Thank you for your generous contributions to the library’s candy supply and the Seabrook Food Bank.
Please enjoy this gorgeous stretch of weather,
Captain Jack
