Thanks all for a lovely evening and for missing me when I wasn’t there.
We had a lot of strong playing and singing going on, even on newer songs! Just great.
Never hesitate to work on harmonies or correct us when we get things wrong, and of course to suggest songs.
We are also very open to anyone who would like to lead a few songs on any Wednesday.
As Jack pointed out, we are filling in our calendar for the rest of the year, so please do check out what is going on and sign up on Meetup.
Have a great week, and let’s hope it starts to warm up!
Susan

Good evening Susan,
It was another fun, relaxing evening with 17 members in attendance. We have decided that Susan must plan any future illnesses around ukulele. All kidding aside, we hope you never get sick again.
We learned this evening that we were a day late for Play the Ukulele Naked Day. Maybe the timing will be better next year.
We did pretty well with all the songs this evening. There are only a couple that need a little attention
Most of the others just need practice.
Please Mister Postman – Susan will listen to the song and fine tune the song sheet.
Life is Beautiful – the song needs to be tweaked here and there. Susan will listen to it and make the necessary changes. She will also add the word “Shining” twice to the last line.
Song suggestions are always welcome.
If you’re looking for the PDFs that we work from on Wednesday nights, they are on our website listed by date.
Look under the tab Meetup Song List PDFs.

Please remember all of these events are open to everyone regardless of skill level. These events are fun and stress-free, believe it or not.
Another reminder, our last spring Saturday at the Seabrook Library will be April 13 – 10 AM to noon. We will be at the Kingston Rec May 11 – 10 AM to noon.
There was rumblings this evening about a Bachelor Raffle at the Mighty Ukes Summer Jam. If this is true, please keep in mind that it will be nothing like the TV show.
I believe I have covered everything. If anyone thinks I miss something I would like to add something please send it along.
Thank you everyone,
Jack
