Thank you, Jack –
Sorry for the delay in sending this along. I have posted a few of the missing songs to the website, and also posted the setlist for Rockingham, which i had not realized only existed on the back of the newsletter! Same with the employees/volunteers picnic. That one I will be finalizing and posting by tomorrow morning at the latest. It is also in the newsletter, but I am swapping out a couple of the songs (ex. GIRLS Just want to have fun instead of BEARS…same song, back to normal words).
You will see that soon, and I look forward to seeing many of you next week at these two great performances! On Wednesday we will be going over the setlists and reviewing any songs that may need last minute practice.
Have a great weekend, everyone!
Susan

My Dear Suzerain,
A great time was had by all this evening. We had 24 fun-loving participants.
We started with a great PDF, that Susan put together, followed by practicing songs for the upcoming event this Saturday at the Brentwood Library. Lauren will be leading that event since Susan has a prior engagement.
You can find the PDFs that Susan puts together under a Meetup Song List PDFs on the website.
Spider, and his harmonicas, joined us again this week. Always great to have him with us.
Bev introduced a new song, Brand New Key. The song went well but we need to learn the yeah part. Listen to it when you get a chance.
Paper Moon – There was a little confusion at the instrumental as to where to start and stop. Susan may redo the portion that’s written in red to make it less confusing. She did have the current version that is on the website. Stay tuned.
Crazy Little Thing Called Love – needs practice. Susan said she was going to check to make sure she had the latest version.
Sunshine – Susan will listen to the ending and make sure it’s correct on our music.
Bare Necessities – repeat last line. Susan to update song sheet on website.
Fun, Fun, Fun – please listen and practice. This song would be great for the car show.
Help Me Rhonda – This went very well especially since we had the bass this week. This is still not on the website. Susan told me she has a few that she needs to post or she can send them to me and I will post them.
