Hi, Jack and everyone else—
Thank you for sharing the information – you got everything except for the Exeter Farm Market on Thursday, September 12. Please check it out on Meetup.
We have a lot going on in August, so I appreciate all the participation. I am working on the setlists for the library; I know it’s last minute! But I promise they will be tried and true, and if I put in anything weird I will sing it myself.
The songs for Coppal House Farm are all very familiar, so expect some of those to be included at the library, and also at Riverwoods which is coming right up as well. Any suggestions for any of these performances are welcome, just keep in mind we do not have a lot of practice time.
THose of us taking the cruise out of Portland will also be singing a list of seafaring songs planned by Lauren! I will put that pdf together this weekend as well.
Looking forward to seeing some of you tomorrow among the sunflowers!
Susan

Good evening Susan,
July is on the rearview mirror.
We had 20 members in attendance this evening.
The majority of the evening was spent practicing the two setlists for this Friday’s performance at the Coppal House Farm in Lee, NH.
If you’re planning on attending you can download the songs from Meetup and if that should fail, you can get them on our website seacoastukuleleplayers.com under events.
Susan had some more information on Friday’s event. Please correct me if I missed something Susan. Everyone should be there by 1:30 or earlier, if possible, because of the logistics to get from the musician parking area to the stage. A cart will be available to help us move our equipment. There is no admittance fee for musicians. I believe she said we will be playing on a stage under a tent. She also mentioned that because it is a weekday there will not be any vendors there.
Reminder: next week we will be playing outside, weather permitting, in front of the library. This is our annual performance for their summer reading program. Susan will put together a set list of our standards so there shouldn’t be much of a learning curve. You’ll need to bring paper copies and a music stand.
If you’ve never performed in that location the librarians will direct you.

Jack
