Thank you, Tonto!
It was a fun night as usual.
Our holiday set is pretty much ready for prime time with the exception of those Jack mentioned. We will be concentrating on those next week. We may save Peace on Earth/Little Drummer Boy and War is Over for the library party on Dec. 18, which will give us more time to get them right…… or at least right enough.
If I have left out any favorites, especially that kids would like, please let me know and we will give them a spin next week. It will be good to have plenty of songs so we don’t have to repeat.
The holidays are looming, but as the song says, “soon it will be Groundhog’s Day”— save the date of Feb. 1 for Hogapalooza 2!
Have a great week, everyone!
Susan

Hi Susan,
We had 17 members in attendance.
We practiced Holiday songs from a PDF that Susan created. We also played some random songs.
The following need work:
God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen….
Susan to add pauses.
Peace on Earth/Little Drummer Boy- Practice
War is Over – Practice
I’m pretty sure I’m forgetting a song or two but for the most part they all need a little bit of practice since we only play them once or twice a year.
Events:
Sing for Santa at the Kingston Rec – November 30th
Seabrook Library Holiday Open House – December 18. This will be during our normal weekly Meetup.
For more information on these events please check our Meetup page.
That’s it for now. I hope to see you all next week,
Jack
