Hi, Jack, and All—
Thanks to everyone who came out and put up with the banjolele racket!
I have to say it was fun, Jack. But don’t expect me to want that level of fun too often.
I will be making a few minor corrections to the music and posting the music for the Kingston Rec event – watch for that on the website and on meetup in the next day or two.
We are investigating our options for Hogapalooza 2, and hope to have that date and location finalized soon. Fallback is Saturday morning, Feb. 1, at the library, but there are some other possibilities.
Stay tuned!
Have a great week and Thanksgiving!
Susan

Good evening Susan,
First I want to thank you for embracing your banjolele and celebrating World Banjolele Day, a day late. Is banjo players appreciated it.
We had 19 members in attendance this evening.
We played a number of Christmas songs and then switched over to banjo songs by request. We also had a nice version of Ripple. Thank you Tom.
We’re also sanh Happy Birthday to our excellent bass player, Mr Tom Savage.
Songs that need work:
Rudolf – Susan introduced a version with an alternate ending. She needs to fix a couple things on it before it’s ready for prime time.
God Rest Yes Merry Gentlemen/Three Kings – add an Am to the end.
Events:
Sing for Santa at the Kingston Rec – November 30th
Seabrook Library Holiday Open House – December 18. This will be during our normal weekly Meetup.
These events are open to all members regardless of experience level.
For more information, please check our Meetup page.
Don’t forget that we will not be there next Wednesday. The library is closing at 1:00 p.m.
We will see you the following Wednesday which will bring us into December. Where does the time go?
Have a great Thanksgiving everyone,
Jack
