Hi Susan,

Fun night, we had 20 members in attendance.

I’m very happy that we were able to dig out from under all the snow and get to the practice this evening.  Diehard ukulele players for sure

We practiced all the hogapalooza songs plus some love songs that Susan is planning on using for the three events in February.

I am not going to list the songs here but you can go to our website under Meetup songs to find them.

We started the presale of raffle tickets this evening, thank you Marilyn. Sale seemed to be pretty brisk. Lots of great prizes.

Events:

It’s finally here, Hogapalooza III is this Saturday at the Seabrook Library. We be in our regular space from 9 until 4 PM. The event starts at 11:00 a.m. But please come early to help with the setup, food etc. Tom, Bill, Jan,  Susan and I will be there at 9:00.  Some others  are coming around 10:00.  Looks like we’re going to have a lot of good food, snacks, soft drinks, coffee and water.

If anyone would like a copy of the program for the event please let either Susan or I know and we will send one along.

Please remember everyone is welcome to join us and this free event is open to the general public. Feel free to bring your friends and relatives.

We have a special guest, all the way Dalkey, Ireland. She is a member of the Dalkey Ducks Ukulele Klub.  She joined us, at practice, this past Saturday and decided to come back this Saturday. I’d like to say that she came all the way across the pond just for this event but in truth, she’s visiting family.

Senior Luncheon at the Brentwood Rec – Brentwood, NH – 2/11/2026

Birthday Performance at Carriage Hill – Madbury, NH – 2/14/2026

Information on these events can be found on our Meetup page.

One sad note, a good friend Diane broke her wrist shoveling snow. I’m told she’s doing okay but please send healing thoughts, white light, prayers etc to her.

I hope to see many of you Saturday.

Stay warm,

Jack
