Ukulele players of all skill levels are invited to join us at our weekly meetups at the Seabrook Library in New Hampshire. (Children under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult.) Put down your troubles and pick up a ukulele! We are an informal and friendly group that enjoys learning and playing songs together. On a typical evening, we will try out a few new songs and also belt out some favorites; we use an overhead projector when possible, or use printed copies and booklets. Occasionally we perform at nursing homes, farmers’ markets, or just for the people entering the library.
Our mission: To provide a comfortable, friendly, and fun environment in which to share music, and strengthen our skills together. We will take every opportunity to spread the joy to the community, through performances small and large, planned and impromptu. We look forward to working with other ukulele groups in New Hampshire and beyond.
