Thank you, Jack-
Everyone should check out the links you shared with all the Plumfest information! I am adding one more, that Patty shared: it is a list of parking and amenities. You should see this at the bottom of the message as an attachment.
We are looking forward to a fun day! Please remember that although we don’t play until 1 pm, everyone should be at Michelle’s before noon. We can listen to Hubcap Romeo and/or take a walk to listen to other bands, but it will be best to be in place well ahead of time. Jack and I will be available by phone if anyone has issues or needs assistance. My phone # is 518-332-7792.
Remember to bring ALL the songs on the alphabetical list, and be prepared to go through the first set (22 songs on the revised setlist) in order. The order of the first 22 songs is not likely to change, but we will be flexible about the “Encore” songs. Wear your SUP shirt proudly – we will be the best band on the island, no doubt!
Next week at practice we will start talking about the Warner event which is coming up on October 17. We just got the schedule from Ric Waldman of the Contookuleles, who is the organizer of this second annual Fall event in Warner. SUP will be playing 4th, starting at 12:15, and we will have 20 minutes to play. We will be planning five great songs and practicing them at the next five practices, as well as setting aside at least one special practice date.
If you can’t make it to Warner, don’t worry; aside from setting aside time each week to practice for the event, we will of course also continue with our regular Wednesday mix of new songs and old favorites.
Thanks to all for helping us prepare for a great day on Saturday. See you at 70th Street!
Susan

Good evening Susan,
We had 18 in attendance this evening.
We concentrated on the final song list. He can find it on the our Plumfest Meetup page in the comments. It is 22 songs which Susan believes will take us through the first hour or so.
We didn’t get through all of them but the ones we did very well.
A few quick comments:
Bring Me Sunshine – follow the bass for the increase in tempo
Good Day Sunshine – repeat the last red and black lines
Plum Island Escape – Spider will play the instrumentals on harmonica and we will accompany him.
Bubbles Up – follow the dots
Tipsy – Michelle and Patty have the song down pretty well. We know there are others that will be singing this is well.
Susan stated that we will practice it Saturday morning
